Mr. Kyriakos Efthynopoulos, Senior Associate

Kyriakos’ practice focuses on EU law, competition law and State aid. He works on legal opinions, regulatory and compliance matters, commercial and civil disputes and contract drafting.

He is a PhD Candidate in European Law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, researching State aid in the energy sector. He holds an LL.B. from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, an LL.M. in “European Commercial and Economic Law” from the same university, where he graduated first in his class, as well as two further LL.M. degrees in “Business Law” and “International and European Energy Law”.

Kyriakos also has significant experience in negotiation skills training, dispute resolution and public speaking, combining legal analysis with practical strategic communication.
